Plexr Plus
Tighter skin, no incisions.
Plexr is a plasma device that tightens and resurfaces skin without cutting. It's most often used for hooded upper eyelids, and also for fine lines, scars and small lesions.
See if Plexr suits youHow it works
Plexr isn't a laser and doesn't cut. The tip creates a tiny spark of plasma just above the skin. Each spark vaporizes a pinpoint of surface tissue, and the skin around it tightens as it heals.
Fariba places a pattern of these points across the treatment area. Over the next week, small dark crusts form and fall off on their own, and newer, firmer skin is left behind.
- Hooded or crepey upper eyelids
- Fine lines around the eyes and mouth
- Acne scars and rough texture
- Skin tags and small benign lesions, after assessment

Three depths, matched to your skin
The right setting depends on your skin's condition, age and type, which Fariba assesses at your consultation.
Plasma microneedling
A gentle, non-ablative mode. A triangular tip releases tiny plasma points across the surface to tighten skin and help it absorb treatment serums.
Fractional resurfacing
A semi-ablative mode that treats skin in a fine grid. Good for texture and overall rejuvenation, with relatively little downtime.
Targeted lifting
Precise points placed along loose skin, such as the upper eyelid, for a tightening effect without surgery.
Plexr questions
Does it hurt?
Numbing cream is applied first, so most people feel warmth and light stinging rather than pain.
How much downtime is there?
Expect some swelling for a few days and small crusts for about a week. Leave the crusts alone and let them fall off. Plan important events at least two weeks after treatment.
How many sessions will I need?
Some people are happy after one. Others need a second session a few months later. Fariba will tell you what's realistic for your skin.
Is it right for my skin tone?
It depends on your skin type and history. Fariba checks this at your consultation and adjusts the approach, or recommends something else if Plexr isn't the best fit.
Is it a replacement for eyelid surgery?
For mild to moderate hooding, it can be a good alternative. For a lot of excess skin, surgery may still be the better choice, and Fariba will tell you honestly.
